Great for a weekend visit with kids. The indoor rooftop pool offered fantastic views of the city. The staff helped us get adjoining rooms for the kids. Free parking right outside the hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is connected to the Congress Centre, perfect for conference-goers. The Stadtpark outside the hotel is great for walks and running. I'll recommend this hotel for a family-friendly stay.

We were able to visit hannover zoo that was next to the hotel. 9 miles from the airport. The a swimming pool was a bonus for relaxing. Zoo district deserves your attention.

I participated to a conference at hcc, right by the hotel. The forest and the park very close by were great. I have done lots of running and walking besides the conference.

I did not like two things:(1) the room did not have a coffee maker - I had to work late at night and some coffee would have been great. Please put a coffee maker in the room and get the tv out instead. (2) the room did not have free internet connection - why?

Rooms updated in 2010 were small but very nice. I got the 18 euro package for internet and breakfast which was a good deal compared with 14 euro for just breakfast. Very convenient if you are at HCC. Less so if going elsewhere. Staff very nice.

Located in a charming area with a lovely park nearby, this hotel was a comfortable stay for us. The hotel staff was respectful of our privacy and there was hardly any noise here to disrupt our relaxation. The hotel is situated close to a popular concert hall and few Hannover attractions, making exploring the area a breeze. The elevator was speedy and our room was fitted with modern amenities.

We found some of the information in printed materials difficult to understand.

Generally speaking it was good. Not very far from the center (Hauptbahnhof, Kropke) as seems from the 1st view on the map (about 10-12 min by bus or tram). Room wasn't big (i booked single), but ok, well-maintained and looked fresh. I would say that taking money for internet (even if it is not much, 1 euro per hour) is "funny" for the hotel that wants to be considered as business. Going downstairs to sign the paper and pick up the password is not convinient if late evening or early morning. Moreover, internet connection interrupts very often. I would recommend to put more TV channels as they are practically all german. But I would say that hotel is ok as well as other reviews on this site, and value for money during the fair period. We had a wonderful stay at Congress Hotel Am Stadtpark. The location was perfect for our business trip, being close to the Congress Centre. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. We even enjoyed the nearby park for jogging. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Nice business-like hotel, very close to the Zoo and in the green part of the city. The city center is about 2 km away.

Perfect hotel for passsing through Hannover/one night stop off. Also felt like a good place for a conference. Good value for money.

One of the staff members was lazy and said we could leave our car out front - turned out to be a tow away zone after 7 or 8am. But the morning staff member rang us to warn us before the car was towed so no harm done.
